Job Description:

A Virginia Beach Property Management Company is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with some legal background.

 

Responsibilities to include:

  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Ordering food for meetings and keeping the refrigerator stocked.
  • Keeping the office maintained and presentable.
  • Opening company bank accounts and following through with the paperwork process.
  • Working with loan applications/closings.
  • Assist with filing tax returns provided by accountants.
  • Working on utility easements and ownership changes.

 

Necessary Skills:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • QuickBooks is helpful.
  • Must be able to multitask and be willing to do what is asked.
  • Desired traits: warm and friendly, while also being professional and polished. Willing to do whatever is asked, whether getting coffee for the president or cleaning up the conference room. Someone that takes initiative to see what needs to be done and do it.

Shift: Monday u2013 Friday day hours

Pay: $17+ Depending on Experience
